CineTVBuzz, a French TV & movie news site, wants your questions for Bridget! They’ve asked that we collect questions here on the site for them to use when they interview her at the Monte Carlo TV Festival next month. And, even better, these interviews are video taped and put up on YouTube for the world to see. So, what have you always wanted to as Bridget? Post a comment and let us know. We’ll be collecting questions from now until midnight (Eastern standard) on June 5th so you’ve got a week to think something up. Please note, they won’t use all the questions, there’s just not enough time I’m afraid. Here’s the link to their Monte Carlo site: http://www.festivaltvmontecarlo.cinetvbuzz.com/ and here’s a list of all their interviews from last year: http://www.festivaltvmontecarlo.cinetvbuzz.com/home.php?page=news. These are round table interviews meaning there is more then one journalist and they each get to ask a few questions. Below is last year’s interview with Tricia Helfer from Battlestar Galactica. It’s actually the second half but it starts out talking about her problems with constantly dying her hair which is a question we see asked often about Bridget and whether she’ll stay brunette or go back to red. This is one of the smaller, more intimate interviews. If you look on the site the interviews for Emily Deschanel (Bones) and David McCallum (NCIS) are held in a larger ballroom type setting. It’s a unique opportunity and I can’t wait to see what all you guys come up with.
How many posts can we make while y’all are asleep? We’re on a marathon mission to find out!
Over on SciFi Wire, SyFy’s news outlet, they’re running a poll over the best season finale and Legend of the Seeker is one of the choices so head on over and vote.
The Camp Wanatachi folks are having a pledge drive to make the Camp Wanatachi Concert a reality. Some of the folks involved are even forgoing payment for their services in order to put this production on but they need more funds. Their stated goal is $5,000 but I’m sure they would be ecstatic with more. And there are some great incentives to pledge. At the $100 level, you get a CD signed by the cast and production team, including our Bridget. For $500, you get a 30 minute Skype session with Bridget! And for $5,000, Bridget and the rest of the production team will take you out for drinks in New York City! Head on over to the pledge site, check it out, see what they are offering. Minimum pledge, $1.
They will be putting on two shows, on June 3rd and 4th, and it is possible that Bridget might be there. We don’t know for certain but she’s been pretty involved, so there’s a shot. If anyone goes, please send us a write up to put on the site! Thanks!
Okay, we’ve had a lot of discussion recently that wasn’t over the specific episode being discussed. It was about the series as a whole. This gave us the idea that perhaps you all would like a place where you could be free to give your thoughts and opinions on LotS as a series. You can discuss things pertaining to any episode, character, actor, storyline, whatever. All that we ask is that you keep disagreements POLITE and do not deliberately provoke other members. Just be pleasant and enjoy a wide open discussion on our beloved Seeker and whatever is in your heart to post about it. We hope you find this a pleasant addition to the site and you can all have fun with it. Relive the adventure here among friends!
Note: This post will be stickied to the top, at least for the time being, in anticipation of a lot of you having a great deal to say about the show. So don’t worry about it getting buried pages back!

Bridget Regan shares her tips for healthy living
by Ashley Mateo May 21, 2010
Bridget Regan’s cult series Legend of the Seeker, a supernatural action-adventure, ends this weekend, but we talked to the star today to get the inside scoop on her the finale, upcoming projects and her healthy lifestyle.
SELFy Stars: So tomorrow marks the end of Legend of the Seeker. So sad! How did it feel, bringing the show to an end?
Bridget Regan: It was a surprise because the second season has been going so well, but there are so many factors that don’t really have to do with what I do everyday, so you know, it’s not my realm of control and I’m just rolling with it. We did 44 episodes, which is a lot for a TV series, and it feels like it was longer than two years to me. We have an amazing fanbase, which is one of the things that’s so disappointing, because there’s such an appetite for the show. And I know the fans have been really fighting and pushing and raising money and putting ads out and making all these efforts to keep the show going and I know that they’re incredibly disappointed, and that’s hard, you know?
What comes next for you?
I’m producing a musical called Camp Wanatachi about two girls who fall in love at Christian summer camp. It’s really funny and fun and beautiful and it’s got really cool music, it’s got really neat downtown-sounding music that has never really meshed with musical theatre before. And I have a film called The Best and The Brightest coming out soon with Neil Patrick Harris and Amy Sedaris. It’s soo funny and the total opposite of Seeker, so it was really great. I play NPH’s ex-girlfriend. He and his wife are kind of having to put on this ruse to get their child into private school in Manhattan, so they hire Amy Sedaris, this powerful wiz at getting kids into school with connections and coaching. He ends up needing to pretend he has a mistress to charm this very powerful man played by Christopher McDonald. So he calls me up and I’m this crazy out-of-work actress who takes the bait a little too seriously and is in for more than just helping him out. She’s a bit delusional, which was a lot of fun. Neil Patrick Harris was absolutely amazing. I’m a huge fan of musical theatre, so I’ve seen a lot of his work and I was absolutely thrilled to work with him. He’s hilarious and charming and lovely and everything you’d think he would be.
Bridget Regan talks the conclusion of ‘Legend of the Seeker’ & her future plans!
by Travon Epps & Meriam Bouarrouj May 21, 2010
Bridget Regan has been seen playing a variety of roles, but perhaps she’s most known for bringing to life the character of Kahlan in the ABC Studio Sci-fi drama Legend of the Seeker. Regan has had to say farewell to the character this season as the show is set to air its series finale this weekend, a series she says she will always look back fondly on. She recently discussed with me what she’ll cherish most from her role and time on Legend of the Seeker, what fans can expect from the finale, as well as the exciting projects up next for her!
What has most appealed to you about your role of Kahlan in Legend of the Seeker?
Bridget-I like that she’s a killer. (Laughs) I don’t know why that sounds so funny to me but I like that she’s different and that on one side of her she’s really compassionate and a really good person and fighting for what’s right and fair, yet the other side of her is this ruthless killer. I like that.
Legend of the Seeker Star Wanted Her Character “To Have Good Times”
by Robyn Ross May 21, 2010
Now that ABC Studios’ Legend of the Seeker has been canceled, star Bridget Regan is sad to say goodbye to her character, Kahlan. With the finale airing this weekend (check local listings), the 28-year-old actress spoke to TVGuide.com about how the series will wrap up, why the show didn’t get another season and what she would’ve wanted for Kahlan had it continued.
TVGuide.com: What can you tell us about the upcoming series finale?
Bridget Regan: The finale was by far the most full-on exhausting episode out of all 44 I’ve done. It was absolutely incredible. I was back on the horse quite a bit doing stunts that I have never done. It’s where everything comes together, or comes to an end really, and it was so high-energy. For Kahlan it’s an absolute roller coaster and I will say I was wearing a lot of red contact lenses — the fans know what that’s about.
