(This was originally posted in our comments but as it answers a lot of questions we’ve been getting we’re going to go ahead a publish it here in the hopes that it helps you all in your writing endeavors.)

You guys are just too awesome. Everyone on “Legend of the Seeker” is so very grateful for all the love and support.

So. I’ve gotten a lot of questions from people, asking what they can do to help make sure we get a 3rd season.

If you live in the U.S., a letter to your local station is probably the best way to show your support. In the U.S., these stations need to know that people are watching “Seeker” and want more of it – and if the show is on at an inconvenient time, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to also ask them to put us on in a better time slot, too! Better times means more viewers.

If you’ve already written to your local station, you can also show your support by sending a letter to Disney-ABC Domestic Television –

International folks who want to help should write to whatever broadcaster/network/station airs LOTS in their local area. The international audience is a big chunk of our viewership so it’s important you be heard from. If you’re an international viewer, and you’ve already written to your local “Seeker” broadcaster, a second letter to ABC Studios would also be helpful.

If you’ve been thinking of buying the Season One DVDs or downloading the episodes from iTunes, now would be a VERY good time. Those sales numbers are looked at closely by studios.

Again I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you’ve done on behalf of the show. I hope we can be bringing you fresh “Seeker” adventures for many years to come.

Me and my whole family love The seeker, its prob the best show on tv right now! we have written to our local station, but also it seems the show is being shown on the Syfy channel and we wernt able to write a comment to them, tell us how and we will do it….CONFES THEM TO VOTE FOR YOUR SHOW BRIDGET! love u all!

Oh my God please dont stop “Legend oft the Seeker” i love it so much i have read the complete Book seria and watch every Wednesday my absolutly Favorit….its so fantastic….please dont stopt it, for me its the only fanatasy seria where the actors are born to be actors, thats what it does for me. LotS Team youre on the spot thats the truth !!!!

I watch every new episode- too bad they only send them on Sunday afternoon here (Germany). Also the DVDs are not available here I would buy them instantly!

I am an avid reader and watcher of this show. When I found the show-completely by accident 1st season-it was like being united with friends from the books. Thank you for bringing them to life all of you! Please keep the show for others to find.

I have read all of TG’s LofS books, and I am an avid fan of the tv series. I will do all that I can to support a writing campaign for a third season. I have purchased 2 copies of the Season 1 DVD, view each episode on Netflix, and wait with bated breath for each new episode. I talk this show up with any one who will listen to me. I can’t begin to enumerate all of this shows fine qualities: acting, writing, music, directing, setting, etc. We must do everything we can to save it. Thank you for bring this show to me and all who watch it.

So whats the happs with LotS? They are done filming season 2, right. Wrapped and out.
Tribune are being total [insert explitive]; they aren’t pulling a 3rd season.
Disney is yet undecided on season 3?
I’ve been writing letters to Disney and got a nice little holo card back… but what else? Is it still wait and see? Are letters to Disney even worth a [insert explitive] at this point?
“Disney: Where miracles happen.” I want my miracle [insert explitive] it! They’ve been telling me since I wa a kid that “every dream that you wish will come true”… so lets see it Disney, its all yours to make happen!

I am a huge fan of the Seeker and I appreciate the quality of the production, including the excellent scripts, photography and above all, the exceptional acting by the leads. It helps that Bridget, Tabrett and the other women are all pretty hot. (In fact, my only complaint are the fight scenes are getting a bit predictable, and little blood here and there wouldn’t hurt either.)

At any rate, I am concerned about season three with season two wrapped, and I’d like to know the best times to write the studios and TV stations. When is the deadline for them to decide? Can we come up with a campaign strategy? Do we have actual names of studio and TV execs to write to?

Please, let’s do something!

@Russ If you check our this post: http://herblueeyes.com/2010/02/05/help-legend-of-the-seeker-get-a-3rd-season/ it has links to the address of US Legend of the Seeker stations as well as those of ABC studios. As we still have yet to hear one way or the other, the best thing we can do at this point is to keep writing our local stations as well as ABC to let them know we love our show. Actual physical letters, not e-mail, are the most effective way to get our point across. I hope that helps.

I freaking love the show! I am halfway across the world, and i have never seen a show that put so much effort for this production. everything is well crafted.

every episode takes me out of the real world, and just watch it and its awesome. .

Legend of the Seeker is the best show on tv and it deserves to continue.
