LotS Blu Ray Petition

One of our followers, Chen, has sent us a petition to try to get Legend of the Seeker released on Blu Ray. We encourage you to sign the petition if you are so inclined. It can’t hurt to make our voices heard on the issue. The petition can be found here: http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/lotsbluray/

Edit: As was pointed out in the comments, you can in fact buy the episodes in HD off iTunes (which Chris and I knew) so there’s really no reason they shouldn’t be able to release them in Blu Ray.

    It is definitely filmed in High Def as it’s posted in Itunes in both normal and Hi-Def formats.

    As I buy the episodes off iTunes you’d think I’d remember that you can buy them in HD. *sigh* Thanks guys, I’ll edit the post.

    Funny thing is that I have to actually thank Bridget for mentioning in a Tweet that she downloads the episodes off Itunes herself. I never used Itunes but I definitely wanted to see season 2 after discovering season 1. Unfortunately, that isn’t always easy when your in the military stationed overseas. Thanks to Bridget’s post I have seen every episode of season 2 so far. :)

    iTunes HD isn’t quite Full HD. It’s 720p which pales in comparison to proper 1080p that you’d get from Blu-Ray. I’m taking about 2MP screencaps, 1920px by 1080px, woo!

    For those of you who own an xbox 360. you can now get all episodes of Legend of the seeker in 1080p through zune marketplace.
