Racey stuff deej has but good for Bridget for stepping on Disney (a bit) and mentioning deej’s work. It was easy to tell in most of Bridget’s interviews that Bridget has a good sense of humor and loves a good laugh. You can not be Irish and not want to have a few beers and a good laugh!!

deej rocks the Kasbah with her material. So good! Witty, edgy, sexy, awesomeness. I’m hetero for Kahlan + Cara + Denna + every other woman in Seekerland. The show is great, and deej’s takes are value-add goodness, like garlic butter on a strip steak. If I could find some pics of deej I might be hetero for deej too. *She seems like fun.*

I am speehless this actress never seises to amaze me what wonderful character i thought she would hate this stuff because of how it potrays such a powerful women in such a degrading fashion and to see how shes open to it just speechless i can only hope i see her one day that would be my only wish if i ever got one but someday and i wont forget(NOT A STALKER OF ANY KIND)

@Truth I disagree. As the writer of ‘this stuff’, and a woman myself I don’t believe that the posts portrays women in a degrading manner at all. The content of the posts reflects the content of the show—which is racy, and is sexualized. I’ll be the first to admit that I objectify the female characters of the show in the name of humour, although the idea has been subverted in that instead of it being traditionally the male gaze that objectifies, this time it is a woman’s. And let’s not forget the healthy amount of objectification that Richard also receives. Would you say that’s degrading to men?

Do you know any Irish descendants? My close friend’s wife is born Irish, as he, and I have stayed in Dublin/Shannon a few times with their families. The one thing you have to be if you have Irish blood, is have a sense of humor. I never laughed more while pounding a few pints down than staying there.
Deej’s stuff is just plain funny and I commend Bridget to putting out publically (in the face of Mother Disney) to give it a read. But I was surprised too…good for you Bridget!!
