Well, Bridget made the list of Pop Crunch’s Top 50 Hottest Women of Sci-Fi/Fantasy. She comes in at #41. And while I’m sure many of us think she should be higher, it is an honor to be chosen when she’s on a relatively low-profile show, compared to things like the Star Wars movies and the recent Star Trek film.  So, let’s be happy for her and thankful if this article gives Bridget and the show some more exposure!

Hey #41 aint a bad outing for her first time on the list, and she beat out #47. Angelina Jolie, #46. Keira Knightley and #45. Liv Tyler, considered by many as very “HOT” women.

    Gratz Bridget!!!

Wow! Good for her. I love that she beat out who she did (although I didn’t page through the survey to see who she didn’t beat out…but whoever they are, they aren’t worthy). :-) In any case, it’s excellent exposure for her.

#50 was a blast from the past – I was a huge fan of La Femme Nikita. Peta Wilson played a great character but her co-star, Roy Dupuis, was the real star of that show. He was terrific (and he still is!).

@Chris — I am truly sorry, but I couldn’t face Lindsey again if she knew that you had been given a pass by the dreaded Word Police.

I think you meant: …”things” like the Star Wars movies…

Props to you for eluding me this long. Also, thanks for posting the article. Publicity = a victory for Bridget and the show.

@Patricia OMG How awesome was La Femme? From the beginning where he takes her to the restaurant to the end where she’s standing in Observation looking over Section 1. *sigh* Roy Dupuis didn’t hurt either…. ;)

dag-nap-it Megan Fox NUMBER 2…argh… that SHOULD be Bridget’s spot and Megan #41. Does not being intelligent count too??? I think intelligent woman are hot too.

I vote WE do over the list.

@Lindsey That’s too funny about LFN! I was so immersed in that show-the messageboards, going to fan conventions, bidding on and winning a set tour. I’ve continued to follow RD’s career; he’s done some outstanding films and he did a play in Montreal last year that I saw. He has only gotten better with age. :-)

what????Bridget is just at number 41 and Emma Watson is at number 16????that’s not fair!!!!! :/

They’ve included some people who I didn’t even realize had appeared in sci-fi, but who should be appearing in many more top 50 lists (Sanaa Lathan for example). Nonetheless, Bridget should be much higher out of 50, but I think its clear from reading 41-50 that these people are CLEARLY out of their minds. They eliminated some top 10s in 41-50, no doubt. If you can include Peta Wilson in the list, she should be much higher up than #50!

As a quick follow-up: Summer Glau is way too high up, Anna Paquin is way too high up, Kate Beckinsale #1? Are you crazy?? That’s Lynda Carter’s spot. Nonetheless, an interesting list!
